The now notorious Deputy Inspector of the NYPD didn't just pepper spray the four women who were witnessing brutal arrests on NYC's 12th St. A few moments later Bologna is at it again against a person filming the arrests and him. Again he sprays indiscriminately at several innocent people. Again he sprays his own subordinate officers. Again he leaves his victims with no medical assistance. But look at the rage in his face. And the joy. Are these signs of a "deeper" problem?
